When Life Has Taught You To Stay Strong
You may be used to coping quietly. Holding things together. Functioning on the outside while feeling tense, tired, or disconnected on the inside. Therapy here is not about fixing you-it's about creating enough safety for you to soften, breathe, and begin listening to what your system has been trying to say.
There is not right way to be. No pressure to perform. No need to explain everything perfectly. Just space where your story, your body, and your pace are respected.
